it calculates the speed by using the start and stop buttons over known distance… not very useful, not real radar gun, save 0.99 cents!

Its not Real radar gun

Dont download it, its not worth it

Trust me this is totally fake I put my I pod on the table and hit the button that checks your speed and it said 265 mph FAKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This app uses simple physics but is accurate. I tried it out by watching MLB and it worked. Of course human error of pressing the button plays a role. But the app itself is legit.

I tried with no ball or any thing and it said 187mph dont down load it !!!!

I cant wait until my sons season starts so I can use this app ! Buy the "My Pitch Count" app that has Baseball Radar Gun + My Pitch Count + Scoreboard. Thats an app well worth $.99 !!!

Its not fake its based on how quick u press the button so if u press it quicker it will be a higher speed than if u pressed it slower

To all you think that its fake its simple physics and it makes an estimate. Real

But its way too hard to use

This app works exactly as described im comparing it to a mlb game right now and its always very close to the speed shown on tv

If you know how to use it from the release point of the pitcher, to the sound of the cacher and your 60ft distance your good to go.

Its a okay app. I thought it was pretty accurate. It said I fast pitched at 49 when I pitch at 48. It works for me!

I just wanted to see what it did for fun.But it actually worked when I wanted to see how fast I could pitch.It is very accurate.

It isnt half bad. It is accurate most of the time, to be honest I throw about 52-55 but sometimes it says 61. I dont pitch that fast lol. It isnt all that bad, try it out and test to see if your actually throwing that fast.

Havent tried on the diamond but is pretty accurate with a foam ball throwing across the living room

I did dew tests with strange results which sounds like hunky doori numbers I throw a large sandal up--> 52 mph ! I pointed it to a stationary object--> 111 mph ! I measured the air only in sky 50-70 mph range I measured my son on monkey bar 1 mph !! What is it really reading?! Give me a brake.
