Some of you are dumb. Its calculating velocity by distance and time not actually being a radar gun. Great so if you understand it use it properly.

I tried it while watching MLB and I got pretty close to what it showed. Some reviews, it sounds like people arent even using the app right. I really like it and I think its an app to download.

Seems pretty accurate and its free so I would recommend it

This is a very clever app. and by the way, for all those ppl giving this a bad review, its not an actual radar gun, it just divides the distance between the pitchers mount and the plate by the time it travels

I like this app. Works pretty well if you know how to use it.

This app instructs you to push start when the ball leaves the pitchers hand and stop when the catcher catches it. Now if youre trying on slow pitch softball or 10 year old baseball Im sure its fine. But for a competitive game theres no way you can hit start and stop fast enough for it to be accurate!

Need to be like a legit radar gun where you can time a pitch with the camera not just pressing start and stop the whole time!! Other than that great app really beat my expectations. :) God Bless

All this app is doing is dividing distance by time to figure out speed. And from reading some of your comments, I know you are too stupid to do that yourself. Use the app right before you leave a bad review.

I think its a good app. I cant believe they have an app for this!!!!!! Anyways this app is awesome u should buy it!!!!!!!!!! :D

Good app for little kids but not accurate for real baseball

In theory, this should work. You simply press a button when the ball leaves the pitchers hand and again when it hits the catchers mitt. Speed is just a calculation of time and distance. The problem is, its very very difficult to press the button at the precise milli-second it leaves the pitchers hand and the precise milli-second it hits the mitt. And if you dont press the button at the precise time, you will get crazy mph readings. I tried it today with a guy who pitches about 80-84mph and got readings ranging from 70 to 105mph. This might work ok for a little leaguer whose ball comes in with an arc.

Great ap. if you are not an idiot you can figure it out. Obviously this not a true radar gun. I can just imagine the guy throwing a sandal and trying to see the speed .....moron. The bad reviews are from people that didnt read the description.

This product doesnt work for the same reason track meet timing went electronic. Human reaction time is fallible. Replace the word "radar" with "best guess" in the product name to make it more appropriate.

Who ever says this app isnt good, they must be stupid!!! I dont want to be mean but this app works amazing once you get the hang of it. It only takes a few tries to get the hang of it.... I used it at the Santa Fe Fuego game!!! Go Fuego!

I tried this in my backyard with my son(hes 10) and was pretty dang close to the real thing! It doesnt give you an exact reading, but it is like 2-5 mph off. Great app!
